Rectangular, the central inscription surrounded by four oblong panels engraved with the names of the benefactors, all within scrolling leafage and shells, applied with a gadroon rim interrupted by shells and foliage, with foliate and rocaille handles, fully hallmarked, weight ca. 2923gr. The inscription reads: 'Georgio Barnes. S.T.B./Ecclesiae de Grimston, in agro Norfolciensi RECTORI./ Coll. Regin. in Acad. Cantab. per Annos ferè XX olim Socio. Hoc Argentum, In maxime opinionis Testimonium, Fidei, Comitatis, Literarum. D.D./ Collegii ejusdem Socii. MDCCCXVIII.' Minor wear
